United States The quality of the collar is excellent. It is made from nice leather and the buckle is solid. I have a Morkie and ordered a small - there a plenty of holes to adjust size and it fits perfectly. It did stretch a bit after the first couple of weeks - but that was expected. We love it and she looks adorable in it!
