It was amazing, a little tough in the beginning but not the fault of the Love is Project. So, the bracelet was supposed to be delivered on 12/27 and it never came so I thought it ws just stolen and just was frustrated and dismissed it. in the beginning of Feb I decided to investigate. per the tracking it was never delivered! I called the LIP to tell you guys and the gentleman who helped me was soooo sweet and understanding. I told him I know it wasn't his fault and asked how to proceed. He said they would ship out a new bracelet to me and even expedite it(I paid for this) and the bracelet was no charge! SOOO understaning and amazing customer service! thank you to that sweet man -I am sure his name is on my order. My daughter loved the bracelet and for a person who doesn't wear a ton of jewelry she wears it all the time. We love that it is not only beautiful but that someone was able to bless us with their handiwork. I would buy from you in a heartbeat and spread the story to others of how amazingly you gys handled the order. Thank you and God bless all of you for He is LOVE!

IMPACT ON INDIA
Love Is Project donated $1500 USD to our Indian artisans - for supplies they requested and sewing machines so they have another source of income besides beading. Traditionally, the women are not allowed to go to school. We have been in talks with the leaders to get a tutor through an local NGO in to teach them literacy and financial literacy to empower them. This is the next phase along with getting Solar electricity to their village in 2021.
ACCESS DEVELOPMENT
Love Is Project partners with Access Development in India. We donated $1500 in 2020 to create jobs for 7 women to make 7000 masks to donate in the slums.
