My first heart bracelet broke after I wore it only once. I was heart broken. It is so sweet and I just loved it. I emailed the company and they were very understanding and so polite and quick to send me a new one. I wear it all the time with my other bracelets from the same company. They are lovely and mean a lot to me. I have never had a problem with one but they sure are good about fixing a problem if you have one. I highly recommend their jewelry and what they represent.
