Meet WAWAN MUHAMMAD

Wawan Muhammad is a humanitarian aid worker from Indonesia with a passion for photography. He is a believer in true love and unicorns!

--

It is not easy to describe what love is using words. I am not a poet and I am not a writer. I am a hobby photographer. I work full-time as a humanitarian aid worker, serving men, women, and children affected by war, conflict or natural disasters.

Love, for me, is the joy I feel when I see the excited face of a little girl receiving a new school bag, books and pencils. Love is the hope I see from her little eyes when she realizes that the next day she can go to school with her friends to study and play, even if she is still living in a refugee camp. Love is the resilience that she brings to the world. Love is real, and I witness it every day.
